1. Information We Collect

When you register or use PayMSME, we collect: your name, company name, phone number, email address, GSTIN/Udyam registration (if provided), and identity documents (PAN, Aadhaar, Udyam certificate) you choose to upload for verification.

When you submit a recovery claim, we collect: the defaulter/debtor’s company name, contact details, and the invoice, ledger, cheque, or other supporting documents you upload.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to: verify your claim and the supporting documents, calculate statutory interest under the MSMED Act 2006, generate and dispatch legal demand notices, process your ₹999 processing fee payment, and communicate case updates to you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Documents you upload are transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption and stored in access-controlled, encrypted databases hosted on secure servers. Access to case data is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to process your claim.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform: a payment gateway to process the ₹999 processing fee, and messaging providers to send you case updates over WhatsApp/SMS/email. These providers only receive the minimum information needed to perform their function and are contractually bound to protect your data.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to our support email below. We will action verified requests in accordance with applicable Indian data protection law, subject to our legal obligation to retain case records required for ongoing legal notices, tribunal filings, or court proceedings.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you securely logged in and to remember your language preference. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Post-Approval Fee Structure

Pay MSME operates on a post-approval payment model. Document analysis and initial assessment are 100% free. The flat ₹999 Process Fee is charged ONLY after your claim passes verification. Success-fee terms, applicable only where a recovery is actually made, are set out in the Client Engagement Agreement you review and e-sign after payment of the Process Fee.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
